Can I return faulty items?

Yes, if you have a product that is damaged you must let us know via email. Please keep the item in the original packaging and they will be uplifted at the time of your next delivery. The product will be inspected upon return and a credit will be issued to your account once the details of the damage or fault has been verified. However, we do not take responsibility for any goods transported via third party carrier. Please see our returns policy for more information about returning items.
