The INSIZE QMS-A110 is a compact, high-precision quick measurement system designed for rapid 2D inspection of small flat parts.
It features a low-distortion telecentric lens with a 100 × 80 mm view field, offering a measurement range of 98 × 78 mm with ±3 μm accuracy and ±1 μm repeatability.
Workpieces (up to 5 kg) can be freely placed and measured in under two seconds, with automatic focusing.
The system includes a green telecentric backlight, multi-zone ring light, optional coaxial illumination, and comes with a computer and software package.
Measuring just 580 × 235 × 790 mm and weighing around 40 kg, it is suited to controlled environments (20 °C ± 2 °C, 30–80 % RH) and is widely used for fast, repeatable quality control.
