description

F50 is the most versatile product of all Plastiform Products. Thanks to its technical characteristics, it is able to solve most of the industry’s dimensional control problems. Its fluidity and flexibility allow the F50 to easily infiltrate into and out of rooms. In short, it is possible to cut it with the Double Blade Cutter, which makes it very easy to use.

The final impression of the F50 is Semi-Soft (hardness 50 Shore A), and does not have a high deformation capacity. It accepts a maximum Extraction Constraint of 10%, and must therefore be used in forms that are not very complex to unmould.

The F50 is therefore recommended for taking impressions in simple or less complex internal shapes. It is used for both total and partial impressions.

It is also very effective in creating custom-made protections, caps, and savings against surface treatments.

The impression is very precise, and all surface details (shape, dimension, appearance, surface condition, etc.) are reproduced in µm.
