The WLI Plan Apo 10X is a precision plan apochromat objective developed for white light interferometry (WLI) applications. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the WLI Unit, this objective enables accurate surface profiling and high-resolution topography measurement.
Its advanced optical design incorporates a beam splitter and reference mirror directly inside the objective, enabling compact and stable interferometric measurements without external components. An interference fringe adjustment mechanism is included as standard, allowing precise alignment and optimisation during operation.
The compact and lightweight construction, combined with a 60 mm parfocal distance, ensures improved integration into interferometry systems while maintaining a 6 mm working distance. With a high numerical aperture of 0.38, the objective provides excellent resolution and measurement performance.
Optimised for the visible spectral range, the WLI Plan Apo 10X is ideal for precision surface analysis, metrology, and interferometric inspection applications.
