Its design incorporates an internal beam splitter and reference mirror, allowing accurate interferometric measurement without the need for external optical components. An integrated interference fringe adjustment mechanism is provided as standard, enabling precise alignment and optimisation during measurement.

With a high numerical aperture of 0.50, the WLI Plan Apo 25X delivers excellent resolution and measurement accuracy. The compact design, combined with a parfocal distance of 60 mm, ensures a lighter and more space-efficient setup while maintaining a 3.6 mm working distance.

Optimised for visible light interferometry, this objective is ideal for surface profiling, precision metrology, and high-resolution topography measurement.
