The WLI Plan Apo 25X is a precision plan apochromat objective designed specifically for white light interferometry (WLI) applications. Developed to match the WLI Unit, this objective integrates key interferometric components directly within the lens body, enabling compact and highly stable measurement systems.
Its design incorporates an internal beam splitter and reference mirror, allowing accurate interferometric measurement without the need for external optical components. An integrated interference fringe adjustment mechanism is provided as standard, enabling precise alignment and optimisation during measurement.
With a high numerical aperture of 0.50, the WLI Plan Apo 25X delivers excellent resolution and measurement accuracy. The compact design, combined with a parfocal distance of 60 mm, ensures a lighter and more space-efficient setup while maintaining a 3.6 mm working distance.
