The WLI Plan Apo 50X is a high-performance plan apochromat objective designed specifically for white light interferometry (WLI) applications. Engineered to match the WLI Unit, this objective enables highly accurate surface profiling and topography measurement at high magnification.
Its optical design integrates a beam splitter and reference mirror directly inside the objective, allowing compact interferometric measurements without external optical components. An interference fringe adjustment mechanism is included as standard, enabling precise alignment and optimisation during measurement.
The objective features a high numerical aperture of 0.70, delivering excellent resolution and measurement precision for detailed surface analysis. With a compact design and 60 mm parfocal distance, it allows efficient integration into interferometric systems while maintaining a 2 mm working distance suitable for high-magnification metrology applications.
