The LCD Plan Apo NIR 100X (t0.7) is a high-quality plan apochromat objective designed for bright field inspection and laser-based repair applications through 0.7 mm or 1.1 mm LCD cover glass (BK-7). With wavelength correction from the visible spectrum up to near-infrared (480–1800 nm), it is ideally suited for NIR inspection, semiconductor analysis, and laser processing environments.
Featuring a long working distance of 12.3 mm through 0.7 mm glass, this objective provides excellent clearance at high magnification while maintaining strong optical performance. Its infinity-corrected plan apochromat design ensures flat-field imaging and precise chromatic correction across the extended visible-to-NIR wavelength range.
Dedicated LCD glass thickness compensation ensures optimal image quality when observing through specified substrate materials. A High Resolution (HR) version is available within the NIR range for applications requiring enhanced resolving performance.
