The M Plan Apo 20X is a precision 20x metallurgical microscope objective designed for brightfield observation across the visible spectrum. With a 20 mm working distance, it offers a strong balance between magnification, resolution, and practical clearance—making it ideal for routine inspection, measurement, and surface analysis applications.
This objective features an infinity-corrected optical design and is corrected across 436–656 nm for consistent image quality and reliable colour performance. With a numerical aperture of 0.42, it delivers sharp detail with a resolving power of 0.7 µm, while maintaining a useful depth of field of 1.6 µm for stable focusing.
