The LCD Plan Apo NIR 20X (t1.1) is a precision plan apochromat objective designed for bright field inspection and laser-based repair applications through 1.1 mm LCD cover glass (BK-7). With wavelength correction from the visible spectrum up to near-infrared (480–1800 nm), it is ideally suited for NIR inspection, semiconductor analysis, and laser processing environments.
Engineered with a high-quality infinity-corrected plan apochromat design, this objective delivers flat-field imaging and excellent chromatic correction across the extended visible-to-NIR wavelength range. Dedicated LCD glass thickness compensation ensures optimal performance when observing through 1.1 mm glass substrates.
With a working distance of 20.35 mm through 1.1 mm glass, the objective provides excellent clearance while maintaining strong optical performance for mid-range magnification applications.
Compatible with VMU and FS-70 microscope systems, the LCD Plan Apo NIR 20X (t1.1) is ideal for precision inspection and laser-based repair processes.
Note: Working distance values may be specified in air rather than through LCD glass, depending on model configuration.
