The MWT-3200 is a handheld Hardness Tester which uses the Ultrasonic Contact Impedance method to accurately measure material hardness with no visible indentation mark. Featuring one-touch operation, the motorised probe applies a force of 20N with the diamond Vickers indenter for results in 6 seconds with an accuracy of ±3%HV. Automatic testing with the motorised probe removes operator influence and improves repeatability of results. The magnetic base allows for stable, hands-free measurements eliminating the risk of operator handshake and reducing hand strain from repetitive measurements. A large colour display shows results in (HRC), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HBW), Rockwell A (HRA), Rockwell B (HRB) or Megapascals (MPa) with data storage of up to 1000 values. Choose to report individual results or an average from a set of readings. Selectable languages of English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Chinese.
