The MWT-8100-01 Test Stand is designed for use with our MWT-8100 range of Force Gauges for increased stability and smoother movements on Force tests, with a digital scale for Force Displacement testing. The gauge can be securely screwed to the stand’s mounting plate in either orientation and will then move as the handwheel is rotated. Each rotation of the wheel will move the gauge approximately 3mm, tracked by the digital scale, for precise controlled movements.
The digital scale is mounted on a 0-200mm marked beam and has zero, absolute, incremental, and hold functions. The versatile stand can also be operated horizontally using a levelling foot on the back for stable measurements where vertical testing may not be suitable. Use in either orientation for compressive or tensile testing up to 125Kgf, with optional chucks available to secure samples if required.
